More completed projects

In addition to the tea cart I shared in this post, I completed a couple of other projects last weekend:

I painted this little side table with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Coco and Old Ochre.  Our furniture sales have picked up as students are preparing to head off to college.

This old window was missing a pane so I cut a piece of Eucaboard and covered it with burlap that I had stenciled.  I attached it to the back using my staple gun.  Don't pass up old wood windows just because they have a missing or broken pane!

I had more time to paint this weekend so look for a new post soon!

These students are lovin "vintage" these days...I know my daughter and her friends are. If you have some windows with missing glass...run some jute across them and add some tiny clothespins and you will have a picture frame...I made two of them and they both sold at different locations in two days ($39)...oh yes...I got them at a antique mall in McKinny:)

Blessings,
Linda

Love the window idea! You could also
make that missing part a bulletin board.
Keep the ideas coming!!
