"Egg"cellent!

Hi friends.  If you know me or have been following my blog for long, you know that I'm a Spring/Summer girl.  I enjoy winter just long enough to wear boots and sweaters...about 5 times.  I'm thrilled when the time changes in the Spring (March 10th this year), Easter is my favorite holiday, I love to plant flowers, I'm giddy over putting my spring wreath on the front door and let's not forget that it's the start of baseball season - very important in my household!

So, I tend to rush into Spring every year.  I'm annoyed when Hobby Lobby has Christmas stuff out in July and even more annoyed that their "garden collection" is not fully stocked by February.  And honestly, I feel like throwing a party when the groundhog doesn't see his shadow - which he didn't this year - woohoo!

All of this leads me to share my first Easter craft with you.

I bought these two baskets on the 127 Sale last August.  I didn't notice that they looked like Easter eggs until about 2 weeks ago.  They are pretty large - 24" and 25" tall.  I had fun decorating these and I kind of hope that someone buys them both to use together.

Have you been eager to start Easter crafts?

I got a new bunny two weeks ago and I think I just might get all my Easter goodies out sometime next week. Sounds like we have that winter thing in common:)

Blessings,
Linda

I'm not allowed to "play" with scissors, so I can't really do Easater stuff. That doesn't mean I'm not ready. Man alive am I ever ready for spring to sprung.
Your "putting all your eggs in one basket" baskets are cute and tres clever.
